CTU Patriot Scholarship Program

Thank You for Your Service

Colorado Technical University is a staunch supporter of the men and women who serve in the United States Armed Forces. Each year, we award scholarships to fifty eligible wounded service members, their spouses, non-medical attendants or caregivers, and dependents.

Since 2008, CTU has awarded 500 Wounded Warrior Scholarships totaling $8.5 million. The scholarship covers the full cost of tuition, course materials and fees, as well as a new laptop computer. In 2018, (for the 2019 scholarship applications) we changed the name to the CTU Patriot Scholarship.

This name better reflects the spirit of our recipients. Our scholarship recipients are strong, fierce and determined. They are more than the wounds they received in battle. They are loyal, supportive and enduring. They are Patriots and we look to recognize them as such.

An Investment In Your Future

CTU Military Education Benefits Specialists are here to help navigate your education benefits and financial aid. We are committed to providing support and assistance regarding your education and career goals and are well-versed in education benefits procedures.

Military Tuition

Whether you are an active duty, reserve, or veteran service member, your military training and service experience may reduce the time and investment required to complete your degree at CTU.

  • ACTIVE DUTY BENEFITS – Active duty, Reservists, and National Guard receive a reduced tuition rate, plus books and fees are waived
  • CREDIT FOR SERVICE – Your military training and service may apply toward course credit at CTU.
  • CORRESPONDENCE COURSES – You may have earned credit that can be applied to your degree program.

At CTU, we strive to make it easy for students to understand exactly what they’re paying for. The costs for books and course materials are waived for students receiving the military tuition rate. It’s important for you to know this, because not all schools combine these fees in their published tuition rates.
